contact@dreamurti.com →How do I record a dream? Open Dreamurti, tap the moon icon at the bottom center to start a new entry. Add a title, write what you remember, and optionally attach a photo or voice note. Choose who can see it before saving.
How do I find friends? Go to the Search tab. You can search by username, or tap "Find from Contacts" to see which of your phone contacts already use Dreamurti.
What is a mutual dream? When you and someone in your network dream on the same night, Dreamurti compares your entries and quietly notifies both of you if there's a meaningful overlap. You stay in control of what's shared and with whom.
Who can see my dreams? Every entry has its own visibility setting: private, mentioned-only, friends, or public. The default is "mentioned-only" — only people you @-mention can see it.
Can people see my mutual dreams? No, not unless you turn it on. Mutual dream visibility is off by default and opt-in per account.
How do I block or report someone? Tap their profile, then the menu icon, then Block or Report. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.
I can't sign in. Make sure you're using the same email or social account you signed up with (Apple, Google, or email). If you used "Sign in with Apple," your account may be tied to a hidden relay email — try the same Apple ID. Still stuck? Email contact@dreamurti.com.
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" — we'll email a reset link.
How do I change my username? Go to Profile → Settings → Edit profile. Username changes are allowed once every 30 days.
How do I delete my account? Open Settings → Account → Delete Account, or use the web form. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Why does Dreamurti ask for contacts / camera / photos / microphone / location? Each permission is requested only for a specific feature: contacts so you can @-mention friends, camera and photos so you can attach images to a dream, microphone so you can record voice notes, and location so you can tag where a dream happened. You can decline any of them and the app still works.
How do I turn off notifications? Settings → Notifications. You can disable specific types (mentions, mutual dreams, friend activity) individually.
