By creating an account or using Dreamurti, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Dreamurti is a mobile application for recording, sharing, and discovering dreams. We offer private journaling, social sharing with configurable visibility, and discovery features such as mutual dreams between connected users.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dreamurti. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 should have parental consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to access it. Notify us immediately at support@dreamurti.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts using automated means or create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions.
You agree not to use Dreamurti to:
You retain ownership of the dreams, photos, and audio you post on Dreamurti. By posting content, you grant Dreamurti a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse user-generated content and are not liable for it.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or our content guidelines, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.
Dreamurti allows you to link third-party social media accounts (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, WeChat, Telegram) for discovery purposes. By linking an account, you represent that you own or have authorization to link it. We access only the minimum data required to verify your identity on that platform. You may unlink any connected account at any time from Settings.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Dreamurti name, logo, app design, and underlying code are owned by Dreamurti and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Dreamurti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamurti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dreamurti from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Dreamurti after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
