Child Safety Standards
Dreamurti's standards and practices to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Dreamurti has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards explain how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on the platform, in line with applicable laws and Google Play's child safety policy.
1. Minimum age
Dreamurti is intended for users aged 13 and over. Users under 13 are not permitted on the platform. We may also refuse service in jurisdictions where the minimum age is higher than 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a user below the minimum age, we terminate that account and delete its content.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Dreamurti:
- Any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional, including text, images, illustrations, voice notes, and AI-generated material.
- Grooming behavior — any attempt by an adult to develop a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Sextortion, blackmail, or coercion of minors.
- Solicitation of sexual content from or about minors, including requests for images or meetings.
- Sharing of CSAM or links to CSAM.
- Sharing of personally identifying information about minors with the intent to enable abuse, harassment, or contact.
3. Detection and prevention
We use the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE on Dreamurti:
- Automated content moderation. Uploaded images and text are scanned for prohibited content. Matches are blocked from being posted and the originating account is flagged for review.
- Account integrity signals. Sign-up, age, and behavioral signals are used to detect underage accounts and accounts attempting to evade prior bans.
- Rate and contact limits. New accounts have limited ability to mention, message, or contact other users until they have established normal usage patterns.
- Manual review. Content flagged by our automated systems or by user reports is reviewed by trained moderators.
4. In-app reporting
Every dream, comment, profile, and message in Dreamurti can be reported. To report child safety concerns inside the app:
- Open the dream, comment, or profile.
- Tap the three-dot menu.
- Choose Report, then select Child safety / CSAE.
- Optionally add a description.
Reports are prioritized and reviewed by a human moderator within 24 hours. Confirmed CSAE content is removed and the responsible account is permanently banned.
5. Response to confirmed CSAE
When CSAE is confirmed:
- The content is removed immediately.
- The responsible account is permanently banned and the device, IP, and identifiers associated with the account are blocked from creating new accounts.
- Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the United States National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- Where required by law, we report to other national authorities and respond to lawful requests for assistance from law enforcement.
6. Compliance with applicable laws
Dreamurti complies with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates, including reporting obligations under U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and equivalent obligations under the laws of other jurisdictions where the app is distributed.
7. Designated point of contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety matters, including CSAM and CSAE prevention practices and compliance, is:
Child Safety Contact, Dreamurti
Email: contact@dreamurti.com
The contact is able to speak about Dreamurti's CSAM prevention practices and compliance, and will respond to law enforcement and regulator inquiries within 5 business days.
8. Reporting CSAM directly to authorities
If you believe you have encountered child sexual abuse material on Dreamurti or anywhere else, you can also report it directly to:
- NCMEC CyberTipline (United States): report.cybertip.org or call 1-800-843-5678.
- INHOPE (International network of hotlines): www.inhope.org — find your country's hotline.
- Local law enforcement in your country or region.
9. Updates to these standards
We may update these standards as our product changes or as best practices evolve. The current version is published at this URL. Material changes are communicated via the in-app notice and via Google Play's developer-disclosed channels.
